Solving 14-Year-Old's Tooth Width Challenge

This 14 year old female is in the midst of orthodontic treatment. She is new to our region.  Her central incisors have different widths. Pontic and peg lateral spaces are different as well. You have to eventually restore her smile. How do you advise the orthodontist, the periodontist?
