Ortodontista e pesquisador baseado em Hong Kong, além de fundador, presidente e diretor do Professor Rabie's Institute of Graduate Orthodontics. Seu foco clínico e de pesquisa abrange terapia com aparelhos funcionais para más oclusões esqueléticas de Classe II, mecânicas assistidas por TAD com e sem extrações, manejo de mordida aberta e mordida profunda, e a resposta do crescimento craniofacial à ortopedia funcional dos maxilares.
Foi Professor e Head do Department of Orthodontics da Faculty of Dentistry da University of Hong Kong, onde liderou um programa de pesquisa internacionalmente reconhecido em crescimento craniofacial e adaptação condilar. É cofundador da CloudOrtho, uma empresa de planejamento ortodôntico digital. Publicou extensamente no International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Journal of Surgery, Angle Orthodontist, American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics e outros periódicos indexados. Recebeu múltiplos prêmios internacionais pela melhor pesquisa publicada.
Keynote speaker na American Association of Orthodontists, European Orthodontic Society e em congressos ortodônticos regionais na América Latina e África.
