5. Root fracture: Treatment tactics for different levels of fracture - is it necessary to splinter and for how long? When to perform endodontic treatment and how?

Aula 6.Autotransplantation
1. Biological principles of autotransplantation - mechanisms of periodontal, pulp, and alveolar bone restoration.
2. Complications of autotransplantation - transplant rejection (clinical aspects). Inflammatory resorption, ankylosis - causes and provocative factors, prevention of complications and their treatment.
3. Choosing a suitable case for AT - at what age can AT be used, which teeth can be used as a donor? Using a temporary tooth as a donor.
4. Recipient area. What if there is inflammation in the recipient area? What if there is a loss of attachment or a bone defect in the recipient area? Can transplantation be performed in native bone?
