Professor na University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB) School of Dentistry. Ex-Diretor do UCLA Center for Aesthetic Dentistry. Fundador e ex-Diretor da UCLA School for Aesthetic Dental Design.
Mais de 35 anos de experiência clínica em prótese e odontologia estética. Um dos pouquíssimos dentistas mundialmente com credenciais duplas tanto como protesista board-certified quanto ceramista dental mestre, fabricando pessoalmente todas restaurações cerâmicas para seus pacientes. Graduado Phi Beta Kappa e Magna Cum Laude pela University of Redlands. Recebeu DDS com honras (Omicron Kappa Upsilon) pela University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Completou certificado de especialidade em Prótese pela UCLA School of Dentistry. Ex-Associate Professor na UCLA no Biomaterials and Advanced Prosthodontics Department. Adjunct Assistant Professor na University of Oregon Dental School.
Atualmente Professor na UAB School of Dentistry servindo como: Co-Diretor da Biomaterials Division; Co-Diretor do Postgraduate Aesthetic Restorative Material Science Masters 3-Year Residency Program; Fundador e Diretor do 3-Year Advanced Ceramics and Digital Technology Program for Technicians; Fundador e Diretor do One-Year Aesthetic and Restorative Fellowship. Treinou mais de 300 graduados mundialmente que agora são líderes em odontologia estética e cerâmicas mestres. Palestrante internacional apresentando extensivamente nos EUA e globalmente sobre cerâmicas dentais, biomateriais, fluxos de trabalho digitais e técnicas restauradoras estéticas.
DDS pela University of the Pacific. Certificate in Prosthodontics pela UCLA. Master Dental Ceramist certification. Membro do American College of Prosthodontists, American Association for Dental Research (AADR), e American Dental Association (ADA). Publicou extensivamente em revistas revisadas por pares sobre materiais cerâmicos, protocolos de adesão, integração de odontologia digital e planejamento de tratamento estético. Ativamente envolvido em pesquisa protética e biomateriais conduzindo estudos clínicos contínuos sobre vários sistemas restauradores. Prática privada limitada a prótese e odontologia estética na qual fabrica pessoalmente todas as cerâmicas.
