Proprietário e Protesista em prática privada em Lexington, Massachusetts (desde 1987), focada em reabilitação protética abrangente, prótese sobre implantes e tratamento de distúrbios temporomandibulares (TMD) usando análise oclusal computadorizada. Ex-Clinical Professor na Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Department of Restorative Dentistry (1985-1998), ensinando prótese fixa e removível.
Mais de 42 anos de experiência clínica em prótese dentária com especialização em oclusão digital e gestão TMD. Especialista líder mundial no T-Scan Digital Occlusal Analysis System, conduzindo pesquisa original desde 1990 sobre papel da oclusão e tempo de desoclusão na síndrome de disfunção dolorosa miofascial crônica. Pioneiro e defensor acadêmico da oclusão medida digitalmente, demonstrando que análise oclusal computadorizada fornece precisão superior comparada a métodos tradicionais de papel de articulação. Desenvolvedor de protocolos terapêuticos Immediate Complete Anterior Guidance Development (ICAGD) e Disclusion Time Reduction para tratamento TMD.
Autor de mais de 100 publicações revisadas por pares em revistas incluindo Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, Journal of Craniomandibular and Sleep Practice, Quintessence International, Practical Periodontics and Aesthetic Dentistry, Compendium of Continuing Education in Dentistry, e International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants. Sua pesquisa foi citada mais de 4.500 vezes, estabelecendo-o como principal autoridade em análise oclusal computadorizada. Editor de nove volumes de pesquisa documentando aplicações da tecnologia T-Scan em todas especialidades dentais. Palestrante internacional apresentando em mais de 40 países sobre aplicações de oclusão digital em prótese, implantodontia, ortodontia, diagnóstico e tratamento TMD, e odontologia estética. Consultor da Tekscan Inc., fabricante do sistema T-Scan.
