Ortodontista e diretor do Kooalldam Dental Hospital em Incheon, Coreia do Sul, desde 2002, uma das mais conhecidas instituições odontológicas multidisciplinares da Coreia, com departamentos cobrindo todas as principais disciplinas clínicas. É reconhecido internacionalmente por sua expertise na técnica MEAW, Multi-loop Edgewise Archwire, no diagnóstico ortodôntico orientado à articulação temporomandibular e no manejo funcional de casos de mordida aberta e discrepância esquelética.
Esteve entre os primeiros ortodontistas da Coreia a concluir treinamento formal em MEAW com o Dr. Young Hee Kim, diretamente ligado à linhagem da técnica, ao frequentar o curso inaugural de MEAW em Seul em 1993 a 1994. Concluiu treinamento avançado em ATM e oclusão com clínicos de destaque na Áustria, Japão e Estados Unidos em 2000 a 2001. Obteve seu PhD em ortodontia na Kanagawa Dental University, Japão, em 2006, dentro da linhagem acadêmica do professor Sadao Sato.
