- Management of the “deficient” site through horizontal and vertical augmentation techniques.
- Evaluation of new techniques and bioengineering technologies for future applications
Biologic Modifiers can often be synergistically combined with periodontal plastic surgical techniques, guided bone regeneration and various osseous grafts to effectively establish the optimal foundation for functional and esthetic implant restorations. Vertical soft tissue and interdental papilla enhancement is frequently combined with innovative second-stage periodontal plastic surgery to create an ideal restorative frame.
The three-dimensional reconstruction of the implant receptor site comprises three distinct phases:
- Development of the hard tissues
- Reconstruction of the soft tissue
- Shaping of the tissues through the restorative profile

Completou residência cirúrgica no Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn (1989-1990), servindo como Residente Chefe.
