Solutions for the most challenging dental cases you face in the office—retreatments and previously failed therapies!

This exclusive hands-on workshop with Gianluca Plotino brings clarity and confidence to the unpredictable world of non-surgical endodontic retreatment.

Participants will explore both the biological and mechanical challenges of previously treated canals, gaining practical strategies to achieve apical patency and efficiently remove obturation materials of all types.

During the course, you will learn about:

— Principles of non-surgical endodontic retreatment
— Biological and mechanical challenges in retreatment procedures
— Achieving apical patency in previously treated canals
— Analysis of different obturation materials and their clinical behavior
— Instrument selection for retreatment: design, flexibility, and cutting efficiency
— Coronal debris removal and prevention of procedural errors
— Clinical tips to improve efficiency, safety, and predictability.

Participants will practice on extracted teeth using strategies for removing:

— Gutta-percha with traditional sealers
— Carrier-based systems (e.g., Thermafil)
— Bioceramic sealers.
