Day 1

• Indications for complex occlusal rehabilitation for adult patients.

• CR Registrations: multiple options (selecting a bite registration option, depending on the clinical picture)

• Analysis of the attrition facets (causes and correction options)

• Evaluation of the occlusal vertical dimension with a complex rehabilitation planning (in which areas we lower and raise the occlusal vertical dimension)

• Planning of the collaboration orthodontist-therapist (at which point we replace the old restorations)

Workshop

• Evaluation of static and dynamic occlusion (TRG and articulator)

• Selective grinding.

Day 2

• Making transparent keys for the future restorations.

• Occlusal correction and finishing restoration processing.

• Composite protocol after orthodontic treatment.

• Partial composite protocol (overlays – when and in which areas)

• Practical nuances of orthodontic management of the patients with composite protocol

• Aesthetics aspects of the facial height: anti-aging dentistry.

• Determining supercontacts with applying articulators.

• Creating a «map» for selective grinding.

Workshop

• Wax modeling of occlusion in articulator.

• Work with the keys in SonicFill system.

• Individual settings of articulator, wax modeling, composite protocol.
