ПРОГРАММА
Часть 1. Аддитивное протезирование (1,5 часа)
– Анализ рутинной ежедневной стоматологической практики
– Деньги и время: самые важные вопросы?
– Доступные альтернативы лечения для повышения удовлетворенности пациентов.
Часть 2. 15 вопросов, на которые должен ответить себе стоматолог перед началом восстановления режущих краев (1,5 часа)
– Дифференциальная диагностика стираемости фронтальных зубов
– Эрозия VS стираемость зубов из-за дисфункций
– Информированность пациента перед восстановлением режущих краев резцов.
Часть 3. Пошаговый протокол авторской трехэтапной эстетической и функциональной реабилитации полости рта (1,5 часа)
Эстетическая и функциональная реабилитация пациента с патологической стираемостью:
– Шаг 1: wax-up & mock-up
– Шаг 2: функциональный аспект. Работа с вертикальным размером окклюзии
– Шаг 3: аддитивные адгезивные реставрации фронтальных зубов
– Пошаговый протокол работы с небными, двухслойными винирами, винирами с уступом.
Часть 4. Разбор клинических случаев (1,5 часа)
– Примеры адгезивной тотальной реабилитации полости рта
– Долгосрочные клинические наблюдения
– Выводы. Клинические рекомендации.

Over 21 years of clinical experience focusing exclusively on worn dentition rehabilitation using additive dentistry principles since 2005. MD and DMD degrees. Master of Science (MSc) in prosthodontics. Conducted doctoral research on dental erosion at Department of Fixed Prosthodontics, University of Geneva under supervision of Prof. Irene Sailer (department head Prof. Urs Belser). Developed revolutionary 3STEP technique in 2005, a standardized three-phase protocol for predictable full-mouth rehabilitation of worn dentitions minimizing invasiveness while maximizing longevity.
International authority on treatment of pathological tooth wear having lectured worldwide teaching 3STEP methodology. Founder of 3STEP Academy with multiple branches across European countries providing comprehensive training on adhesive restorations and functional rehabilitation for patients with parafunctional masticatory activity (bruxism, clenching) and non-carious tooth loss (erosion, attrition, abrasion). Member of European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED). Published extensively on worn dentition treatment protocols, additive dentistry concepts, and adhesive rehabilitation techniques.
